The
programme:
The Grand Opening of the Days of St. Petersburg
Philosophy - 2008 will take place on the 20 November (Thursday), 11:00. Saint Petersburg State University, the main hall, Universitetskaya
nab. 7/9 (the entrance from Mendeleevskaya Line) and on the 21,
22 November.
During the Days of St. Petersburg Philosophy - 2008 there will be the
symposiums: "Person and Cognition", "Person and Creation",
"Person and Faith", as well as scholar conferences, seminars and
round tables.
Further a commemoration ceremony the "Remembering
the Philosophical Steamer of 1922" will be held at the memorial stone
(Universitetskaya nab., 8 - 9 lines), as well as the prize awarding of the St.
Petersburg Philosophical Society "Second Navigation" for 2008. There will
also be an exhibition and sale of books of leading publishing houses of the
city and appearance of artistic groups of Saint Petersburg State University.

Philosophy is published on the sites of Saint Petersburg State University and the Faculty of Philosophy and Political
Sciences of the St. Petersburg State University. For the registration interested
persons should contact the heads and secretaries of sections and round tables.
